MAKE:GROW: FLOURISH
A Transformative Business Training Programme for European Craft Enterprises
Working in partnership with the European Crafts Alliance, Onwards and Up proudly contributed to MAKE:GROW:FLOURISH programme. A comprehensive business training programme that revolutionised how craft enterprises approached their growth journey. This great initiative, designed by Caroline Jackman of Creative Business Growth, brought together the BRIGHTEST creative minds from across Europe.
With our extensive experience in supporting creative businesses, we helped deliver a programme that understood the unique CHALLENGES faced by craft enterprises. Through our hands-on approach and industry expertise, we worked alongside European Crafts Alliance to create an environment where businesses could FLOURISH and grow with confidence.
What We Delivered
The programme brought together 30 craft businesses from across Europe. We provided them with intensive workshops, COLLABORATIVE group discussions, and practical exercises, all focused on building robust business plans. Onwards and Up contributed to the mentoring sessions, offering our WEALTH of knowledge in international business development and digital strategy.
Keeping it simple yet effective, the programme was delivered in English, with expert trainers from across Europe sharing their INSIGHTS. Each participant received dedicated two-hour mentoring sessions, where we helped demystify the complexities of business growth and provided TAILORED guidance based on their specific needs.
Participants committed fully to their business transformation journey. They attended all elements of the training and creating comprehensive business plans. Our FLEXIBLE way of working meant we could adapt our support to match each business’s pace and goals.
Making a Difference
The weekly cohort meetings became a cornerstone of peer support and knowledge sharing. Supporting the European Crafts Alliance, we built a strong community of craft entrepreneurs who continue to support each other’s SUCCESS stories. This aligned perfectly with our passion for helping creative businesses achieve their AMBITIOUS goals while having fun along the way.
Through this partnership, Onwards and Up demonstrated our commitment to delivering COST-EFFECTIVE, practical support that makes a real difference. Together with European Crafts Alliance, we helped craft enterprises build their confidence, expand their horizons, and transform their creative PASSIONS into thriving international businesses.
