The Artist Behind the Brand

I just always I’ve always loved love beads. They’re exciting, so many different types, colours, shapes. Quite frankly, they’re probably one of the oldest forms of symbolic art.

With a fascinating background in ANTHROPOLOGY and previous careers as both a librarian and primary school teacher, Emma brings a unique perspective to her craft. Her deep appreciation for ANCIENT CULTURES and global artistic traditions shines through in every piece she creates.

From Hobby to Business: The Reality Check

Like many creative businesses, Emma found herself at that crucial CROSSROAD, a growing collection of HANDMADE pieces and the tentative question: “Would people want to buy these?”

“I felt like this tiny, tiny drop in a huge turbulent ocean, even though I’m old enough and love jewellery, you realise you don’t actually know very much. You’re thinking, ‘Who’s going to even like my jewellery? Where does it sit in the world?'”

The challenges were real and numerous:

  • Finding her place in the marketplace
  • Choosing the right sales channels to support her business
  • Building a meaningful professional online presence
  • Getting noticed in a crowded digital landscape
