FUSION Collaboration
As part of the FUSION initiative, Onwards and Up had the pleasure of leading an intensive two-day business development workshop on focused CREATIVE BUSINESS SKILLS in partnership with the Crafts Council. Drawing from years of fashion industry expertise, we crafted sessions that went beyond typical business training.
FUSION Masterclass Programme
Day One: Building Strong Foundations
We shared our tried-and-tested methods for transforming creative concepts into viable business propositions. Toyin guided participants through practical exercises, sharing real-world examples from our work with emerging fashion brands and established retailers.
